Important Information About Ordering and Delivery

The sale and delivery of medicinal products are carried out taking into account the product category, storage conditions, and the legal requirements of both the country of dispatch and the country of destination.

Certain medicinal products may be supplied only upon a doctor’s prescription or with a valid prescription. Where necessary, iDoc staff may request a prescription, proof of the purchaser’s age, or additional information required to process the order.

Orders for medicinal products are not accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

The availability of delivery for a specific medicinal product depends on the destination country, the product’s registration status, the carrier’s requirements, and the necessary transportation conditions. Products requiring a special temperature regime or other specific transport conditions are shipped only when an appropriate delivery method is available.

Placing an order on the website does not automatically confirm that the order can be dispatched. After receiving the order, an iDoc representative will verify the product’s availability and the possibility of delivery to the specified country and will contact the customer to confirm the order.

The customer must provide accurate contact details and, where necessary, any documents required for processing and receiving the order.
